The Division of Cancer at Imperial College London seeks a candidate posessing a PhD or equivalent qualification in biochemistry, pharmacology or a related subject to join its 300-strong team engaged in basic and translational cancer research.

The successful candidate will work on a project investigating mechanisms of nuclear receptor action in breast cancer - particularly centred on chromatin immunoprecipitation and microarray studies to identify target genes - and will be involved in the development of new inhibitors of nuclear receptors implicated in breast cancer, their evaluation as cancer therapeutics and subsequent preclinical development.
