All new membership applications will be approved at the next Executive Committee meeting, to be held on 25 April 2009. The deadline for new applications to be approved at this meeting is 17 April 2009. Please inform your colleagues of this deadline. The Executive Committee have agreed that all new membership applications received before the deadline (17 April 2009) will be eligible for the reduced congress rate, saving up to 200 Euros compared to the non-members rate. However, these members will not be entitled to any voting rights until their membership application has been formally approved at the Executive Committee on 25 April 2009.
