LAT SpR in General Medicine - Diabetes and Endocrinology

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust are inviting applicants for a LAT Specialty Registrar appointment on the East Midlands North rotation in General Medicine, Diabetes and Endocrinology as soon as possible. The post is to commence April 2009 until the beginning of August 2009 and will be based at the Queen’s Medical Centre Campus, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. The rotation offers first class training in acute general medicine and specialist training in all aspects of Diabetes and Endocrinology and meets College curriculum requirements in these specialties. There are opportunities for both clinical and basic science research and the successful applicants will be expected to take advantage of them. There is a well established structured postgraduate training programme and the successful applicant will be expected to participate in these sessions. Possession of MRCP is essential and some research experience would be desirable. Full details can be found on the website below. The closing date for applications is 20 February 2009.
