In accordance with the ESE byelaws we would like to invite members to nominate candidates for the ESE Vice President and Executive Committee. There are three Executive Committee posts available in 2009 and each Voting Member may make one nomination for each Executive Committee vacancy. In addition to the Executive Committee vacancies there is also the position of the ESE Vice President to elect, and each Voting Member may make one nomination for the vacancy of Vice President. The Executive Committee may also make up to two nominations for each Executive Committee vacancy. Full details regarding the nomination process are available here. To nominate a candidate for the position of Vice President please complete Form A. To nominate a candidate for the position of Executive Committee member please complete Form B. In addition to the Vice President and Executive Committee nominations, and in accordance with the ESE byelaws, we would also like to invite members to nominate two Honorary Auditors to audit the 2009 accounts. The role of the auditors will be to review the annual accounts before they are presented at the Annual General Meeting for approval, and to submit their comments to the Annual General Meeting in 2010.
