SfE supports Science is Vital

28 Sep 2010

Science is Vital is a group of concerned scientists, engineers and supporters of science who are campaigning to prevent destructive levels of cuts to science funding in the UK. You can read about their demonstration outside the Treasury on 9 October 2010 in an article in The Scientist.

The Society for Endocrinology supports Science is Vital in its campaign to bring the key issue of the future of science funding to the attention of each and every MP. It is now your last chance to sign the petition and send a letter to your MP before the Comprehensive Spending Review on 20 October 2010.

MPs can and do act in your interest if you let them know what that is - we urge you to get involved in the Science is Vital campaign and help secure the future of science.
