The European Commission have presented a Green Paper (From challenges to opportunities: towards a common strategic framework for EU research and innovation funding) on the future of EU research funding, and have opened a consultation to gather stakeholder views on formulating the next framework (to replace Framework Programme 7 after 2013). The Green Paper and consultation are both accessible via the link below. The consultation will accept submissions until 20 May 2011.
