Clinical Research Programme Manager, Myeloma UK

Myeloma UK are looking for an experienced Clinical Research Programme Manager to work closely with the chief executive and the R&D committee chairman to implement their research and clinical development strategies across the UK. The role will drive forward and develop these strategies, which include live projects such as the Myeloma UK Personalised Medicine Research programme and the Early Phase Clinical Trial Network.

The successful candidate will have coordinated and managed clinical trials either within the pharmaceutical industry or a closely aligned research setting. Applicants should: have a life sciences degree; demonstrate relevant clinical trials experience; understand discovery science, drug development and the policy environment that supports this arena; have experience of working in a multidisciplinary project team environment; and have excellent communication, written and facilitation skills.
