Public Engagement Awards - BBSRC

04 Nov 2008

BBSRC's public engagement awards offer BBSRC-sponsored researchers and BBSRC-sponsored institutes funds of up to £5000 to carry out public engagement activities. Applications that repeat previously successful activities as well as applications for new activities are welcomed. Priority will be given to applications that focus on dialogue with public groups, particularly adults and hard-to-reach groups such as ethnic minorities, inner city communities or those with special needs. To celebrate Darwin’s 200th anniversary we encourage applications that address evolution. Applications can be submitted up to 14 January 2009 and awards will be announced in February 2009.
