The Academy of Medical Sciences (AMS) are pleased to offer this one day workshop on 'Developing a Career in Academic Medicine' to take place in Oxford on 25 June 2009. The workshop will include a programme of discussions and debates aimed at individuals interested in developing their career in academic medicine, from getting started in academic medicine to gaining independence and developing a research team.
