Via healthjobsuk.com. Applications are invited for a full-time Locum Consultant in Endocrinology, Diabetes and General Medicine (10 PAs) within Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. This new post has been developed to allow existing Consultants to take up allocated research time and funding following a successful application to the Comprehensive Local Research Network. The successful applicants will be part of a strong multi-disciplinary team which includes 11 Consultants. The Diabetes and Endocrinology Service provides a comprehensive range of in- and out-patient services and has excellent links with ophthalmology, vascular surgery, cardiology, obstetrics, renal services and clinical chemistry. The successful applicant will be expected to actively drive service development.

The successful applicant will also be encouraged to support and develop established research and teaching links with Nottingham University. All our Consultants are appointed as Clinical Teachers by Nottingham University. Further details can be found by clicking on the link below.
