This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced nurse (RN Adult) who wishes to develop their career in a challenging and demanding speciality. Applicants should have at least 12 months post-registration experience, be an inspirational practitioner with a "CAN DO" approach, who is able to generate and implement new ideas and ‘think outside of the box’. Ideally you should have a background in general medicine or neuro-surgery. You must have compassion and enthusiasm in caring for patients. As an autonomous practitioner you will be expected to supervise dynamic tests for your patient case-load and provide specialist nursing support to the in-patient ward area.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbal. An interest in teaching is essential as a component of this role will be to support the development of the academic and educational side of our service.
