An exciting opportunity to join the Diabetes Service as a nurse specialist has opened up at Nottingham University Hospital.

In collaboration with other members of the multi professional team the clinical nurse specialist will assist and co-ordinate a smooth pathway of care throughout the diabetic patients’ journey and act as a resource to patients and their carers in relation to their condition. This will include working autonomously managing a case load of patients, both in and out patients, The role also offers opportunities to contribute to the development of diabetes care in both in and out patients.
