The Campaign for Science and Engineering in the UK - The Science Vote

29 Apr 2010

The Campaign for Science and Engineering in the UK (CaSE) is a pressure group aiming to improve the scientific health of the UK.

In the run up to the General Election (6 May), CaSE have been highly active in making science a key issue in the manifestos of all three parties, and tying parties down to forming real policies on matters of science.

On their Election blog (at the link below), you can find a breakdown of each major party's manifesto as it pertains to science policy, and a response by the leader of each major party to a letter from CaSE asking them to outline their policies for science and engineering, alongside other science policy news. We encourage all SfE members to take science policy into account when voting on a future government.
