The Department of Cell Biology at the University of Geneva has a vacancy for a postdoctoral researcher with a strong theoretical and practical background in molecular and cellular biology.
Applicants are required to submit a short proposal for a project to investigate the factors contributing to tamoxifen resistance in oestrogen receptor-positive breast cancers. Studies will use tissue cultures and breast cancer biopsies as well as genome-wide screens using yeast genetics and RNA interference in mammalian cells.
