The Monogenic Molecular Genetics group at Exeter University is a team of 9 scientists, students and technicians, focusing on neonatal diabetes and maturity-onset diabetes of the young conditions in which pancreatic transcription factors play a key role.

The successful candidate will join this team and become one of 15 early stage researchers as part of a multi-centre Marie Curie Framework Programme 7 Early Stage Training Scheme.

The research is expected to form part of studies towards a PhD at Exeter University, and applicants should accordingly hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline. The deadline for applications is 1 November 2010. For more information please follow the link below.
