The ESE Annual General Meeting will be held during ECE 2011 at 18.30 on Tuesday 3 May 2011 at the Congress Centre de Doelen, 3000 AZ Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

The agenda and appendices will be circulated by email to members at least one month prior to the aforementioned date. The documents will also be placed in the members section of the ESE website.
